• Dibulo provides a digital platform for interactive coloring experiences, including coloring sessions, digital templates, and related features.
• Certain features may require account registration or the purchase of credits. The purchase and use of credits is subject to our separate Credit Purchase Terms and Conditions.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

4. User Accounts

• You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• The Dibulo name, logo, and all related graphics are trademarks of Dibulo Weber. You may not use them without prior written consent.
• Templates, illustrations, and other digital assets provided through the Service are licensed, not sold. You may use them only within the scope of the Service as intended.

6. User Content

• You retain ownership of any content you upload or create through the Service ("User Content").
• By uploading User Content, you grant Dibulo Weber a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure it does not infringe on third-party rights or violate applicable laws.
• We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, Dibulo Weber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
