Dibulo Credit Purchase Terms and Conditions

These Credit Purchase Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of credits ("Credits") on Dibulo (the "Platform"), owned and operated by dibulo Weber (Einzelunternehmen) ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing Credits, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Credits Overview

• Credits are a form of virtual currency used on Dibulo to access certain features or services.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts unless expressly allowed.

2 Credits

2.1 Purchasing Credits

• Credits can be purchased through the Platform in packages.
• All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may vary by region due to currency exchange rates, local taxes, or additional transaction and processing fees.
• We do not guarantee real-time currency conversion accuracy. The final amount charged may differ slightly from displayed prices based on your selected payment method or location.
• Payment processing is handled via third-party providers. By purchasing Credits, you also agree to the terms of those providers.

2.2 Credit Vouchers

• Users may purchase credit vouchers for themselves or as gifts for others.
• Vouchers can only be redeemed by users who create and log into a valid Dibulo account.
• Each voucher is valid for a single use and may be subject to an expiration date, indicated at the time of issuance.
• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and may not be resold, transferred, or exchanged unless explicitly allowed.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired vouchers.
• By redeeming a voucher, the user agrees to these Terms and any additional terms provided with the voucher.

3. No Refund Policy

• All purchases of Credits are final and non-refundable, unless required by law.
• If you believe there has been an error with your purchase, please contact our support team within 14 days of the transaction.

4. Expiration of Credits

• Credits do not expire unless your account is inactive for more than 24 months.
• In such a case, we may remove unused Credits after notifying you.

5. Misuse and Fraud

• We reserve the right to suspend or revoke Credits in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of our general Terms of Service.
• Manipulating the credit system or engaging in fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account suspension or legal action.

6. Changes to Credit Pricing and Terms

• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing or these Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform.
• Continued use of Credits after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Termination

• If your account is terminated or banned due to violation of our Terms of Service, any remaining Credits will be forfeited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Zurich, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
